Dr. Frank Edwards holds certification in the state of Pennsylvania and New Jersey as a School Psychologist. He also maintains licensure as a Professional Counselor in both PA and NJ, in addition to certification as a Principal and Supervisor of Special Education in the state of New Jersey.
Dr. Edwards earned his master’s degree in the field of Mental Health Counseling in 2005. In the spring of 2009, he earned his Educational Specialist Certification from Immaculate University. In the summer of 2013, Dr. Edwards earned his doctoral degree in the field of School Psychology with an emphasis in School Neuropsychology from the Philadelphia College of Osteopathic Medicine.
Dr. Edwards has accumulated a broad range of work experiences in the field of Education and Mental Health. He has held positions as a School Psychologist in large urban districts and within the Private School sectors. Throughout his career, Dr. Edwards held the position of School-Based Clinician, Clinical Supervisor, Intake Social Worker, Foster Care Social Worker, Group Facilitator/ Trainer, Behavioral Consultant, and Drug & Alcohol Counselor.
Mrs. Stacey Lynne Edwards is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. She holds Licensure as a Behavior Specialist in the state of Pennsylvania.
Mrs. Edwards earned her master's degree in the field of Criminal Justice with a concentration in Applied Behavior Analysis from St. Joseph’s University. She is the recipient of the Carr Scholarship and honors graduate of Rutgers University. While attending Rutgers University, Mrs. Edwards majored in Sociology with a minor in Childhood Studies. Stacey has also earned an associate degree in American Sign Language Studies.
Stacey's career experience includes working with emotionally and behaviorally challenged individuals from infancy to adulthood and across a variety of home, school, and community settings. Vanessa Jones retired in 2016 from over 45+years in the insurance industry. She had many positions and worked in several different departments in several different companies. She started from payment processing, to bank auditor, to infrastructure project manager, to program tester until she finally ended her career in a dual role as the first Data Manager/Records Coordinator for AIGdirect ( a subsidiary of Farmers Insurance Group). She was responsible for reducing their data storage (digital and physical) by over 5 million dollars in two years. She spent 3 months in Farmers' Home Office in California reducing their data footprint by 4.8 million dollars. She currently resides in New Castle, Delaware.
Jamal has been married for over ten years and is the father of three exceptional children. He takes the utmost pride in being a father. Jamal Dennis has spent his career serving the students and families of Philadelphia as an educator since 2000. His focus has been around creating systems and learning environments where all individuals feel cared for and cared about and have plans and supports to continue their success after separating from the entities serving them. Currently, he works for the School District of Philadelphia in the capacity of a principal. He holds a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education, Masters in Science in Multicultural Education, and a Masters in Educational Administration. His passion and dedication to Philadelphia stem from his upbringing through the Department of Human Services and the School District of Philadelphia.
My name is Celestine Tention. I am a retired Human Resource Manager. In addition, to over 15 years of experience in the field. I also have over 30 years’ experience in Customer Service Training, Human Resource Development, Administration, and Event Planning. I worked in the Pharmaceutical Industry for over 30 years and recently retired as a Human Resource Manager in the Drug and Alcohol field.
I hold BS in Organizational Management from Cabrini University and a Masters in Human Resource Development from Lincoln University. I currently volunteer at my church in the commission ministry working in the food Pantry. In addition, to event planning, I also volunteer at my councilperson office assisting with events within the district.
I am married to a wonderful man, mother of 2 amazing adult men and the Godmother to a beautiful adult daughter. My most rewarding accomplishment is being the grandmother to 3 energetic toddler boys and 1 highly intelligent 17 year old young lady and my newest princess Allure Leigh Mack.
